The School was funded by Franca Sacchi - Svāmī Oṃ-mūrti Sarasvatī in 1968 and precisely on the 8th of April 1968.
The complete yoga training course takes three years. For enrolments and the admission interview call the numbers 3358272266 or 02867776.

There are no "trial lessons". It is possible to enrol for a month, quarterly or annually.

Courses have the following timetable  

IN MILAN

the Yoga classes take about one hour and are held:

for anyone, beginners and advanced:

• Monday at 1 p.m.
• Tuesday at 6.30 a.m. (only during Lent and till Easter) and at 6.30 p.m.
• Thursday at 1 p.m. and at 6.30 p.m.

advanced:  Wednesday at 1 p.m  and 6.30 p.m.
